But with cunning and daring moves, these fierce Nordic warriors will live to plunder another day ... unless their opponent outmaneuvers them to capture the King, sending all Vikings to the afterlife in Valhalla.   Hnefatafl (pronounced "nef-ah-tah-fel") is a fun two-player strategy game where your objective is to get the King to Refuge (one of the four corners), or for the Attackers to capture the King before they make it to safety. Strategically move your piece horizontally or vertically (never diagonally) on your turn to flank your opponent. The wooden game board and exquisite pieces look great for play or display.
