Ideal for filleting fish but suitable for multiple kitchen cutting tasks, this cut-resistant glove features Tuff-Knit yarn interwoven with stainless steel fibers for excellent protection against inadvertent cuts, slices and abrasions. The natural and synthetic yarn blend ensure comfort and flexibility, along with a sure grip to avoid slippage while working. Use it as a meat-cutting glove, oyster-shucking glove, mandolin glove or for other cutting tasks that require leverage. The fillet glove is ambidextrous for use on either hand by other family members, machine washable to remain sanitary.
